What is your refund policy?

Our products are mostly non-refundable. No Return Claim will be entertained after unboxing the product. However, for electronic items, a user may return the product within 24 hours of the delivery in case of damage or malfunction of devices. In the case of Order cancellation, while the payment was made online, the refund will be done by transferring through SSL COMMERZ within a minimum of 15 working days. ( i.e we can’t offer your payment as cash ). T&C applied.

Most of our products are imported from the outside of Bangladesh. All our products are authenticated unless otherwise specified.
